Greg Steltenpohl

Greg Steltenpohl guided Odwalla from its inception in 1980 through 1998. He lead the company through its transformation from a small start-up venture to a publicly held corporation with a growth rate exceeding fifty percent per year. In building the organization, he focused on putting into action the ideals of environmental awareness, employee empowerment, creative corporate culture and community support.

After leaving the company he began to work with Visa Founder Dee Hock on establishing the Chaordic Alliance and the Chaordic Commons for the purpose of bringing the principles of dynamic natural systems into the world of networks,organizations and enterprise. Greg's current work is to provide loving support to his family and to launch Interra. Interra is a membership based citizen empowerment initiative with the mission of exercising economic democracy. Its design is based on the technology of loyalty platforms using the global electronic exchange system put to the new purpose of a world that works for all.
