Todd Helt

Todd Helt is President and co-founder of Telemorphic, Incorporated (Berkeley, CA) and the company's Senior Project Manager. He provides leadership in the areas of Internet GIS project management, Internet GIS implementation, integration of Remote Sensing, GIS, and visualization into web-based decision support systems, and applications of Remote Sensing and GIS (RS/GIS) technologies.

He is responsible for task prioritization, resource allocation, quality assurance, adherence to timelines and budgets, and start-to-finish customer fulfillment. He has extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of RS/GIS applications, from needs assessment and project design thru field data collection, RS/GIS database development, image processing, photo and image interpretation, spatial modeling, accuracy assessment, map production, and interactive web-based product design and delivery.

Recent projects include: Award-winning Internet RS/GIS product development (Maplicity product line for ArcIMS) and Maplicity/ArcIMS implementations for various government and private sector customers. He also has extensive experience as both a project manager and technical lead on numerous RS/GIS application projects and consulting.
