*Video-Overflow Seating during Keynote means that for the two 40 minute keynote plenary sessions, i.e. the first session Friday and Saturday morning, and for the special Friday night session honoring Doug Englebart, seating will be in the video overflow rooms and not in the main room live. Activist Discount and Workexchange tickets are also subject to this restriction.

**Activist Discount is available, on a first come, first served, basis to individuals working for non-profit organizations, those doing grassroots organizing, students, or those with documented special need. Please submit the relevant documentary information as an attachment to email to: activist@planetwork.net or by fax to: (415) 459-4866 or by snail mail to the address below. The same Video-Overflow Seating restriction during Keynote sessions applies to Activist Discount tickets, as well as WorkExchange.

Create a login on Bot Works, the user maintained shared directory we are using for the conference registration database.

For WorkExchange inquiries:
Click on the keep me informed button above to create an account on the system. Then email workexchange@planetwork.net (or call 415-459-4866) to request a position.

There are currently still a wide variety of positions available for WorkExchange, both during the event, and in advance.

Networking a Sustainable Future
A PLANETWORK Conference
Golden Gate Club, San Francisco Presidio
June 6-8, 2003

For Registration Payment, Please Note:
We can only accept credit card payment through PayPal.
However, you may snailmail a check payable to Planetwork to:

Planetwork
1230 Market Street, Box 517
San Francisco, CA 94102

For more information, or clarification, please call: (415) 459-4866,
or email: tree@planetwork.net

For each person you'd like to register, please do the following:

1. Go to http://www.botworks.com/local/NewUser.pl?LAF=PLW and create an account in the name of the person to attend the conference.

2. Receive the e-mail with login information for that person and login to the Bot Works site as that person. Since the e-mail goes to the address of the registrant, you might have to work with the registered people to get the login info. Ask them to forward the login information to you, if necessary.

3. When you login as the registrant on the Bot Works system, it will take you to the Registration page with the PayPal buttons. Use these buttons to pay for the registration and/or lunch for the individual registrant. You can pay from any PayPal account here because these buttons have the bot works username encoded as additional info to PayPal (unlike the buttons on the planetwork.net web site that create a registration to match the PayPal payer account).

4. log out and repeat for the next registrant. You must always be logged in as the registrant you're paying for if you want to make payments for them from another person's paypal account.

This is necessary because the Bot Works database we are using is an example of one centered on the user, rather than on the keeper of the database. It assumes that everyone is responsible for and therefore in control of, their own data. We apologize for any inconvenience if you are acting as the agent for multiple people. You may also phone or mail the above address and we will honor any pricing based on postmarks.
