    added a config value to hide the create i-name button
    added the wp-isso-2idi-associate.php page to enable easy, user-controlled migration 
      from WP generated accounts to i-name based accounts.

    increased the maxlength of the i-name field register in the register form from 
      20 chars to 50. I-names are limited to 50 characters since the
